What Is Health Coaching?
Assessment and Goal Setting: The session begins with assessing the client's current health status, lifestyle habits, and overall well-being. Based on this assessment, Molly and the client can collaboratively set realistic and achievable health goals
Nutrition Guidance: Provide personalized nutrition guidance, helping the client make healthier food choices and develop strategies for mindful eating. It also includes tips for incorporating more whole, nutrient-rich foods into the diet.
Exercise and Movement Recommendations: Discuss the importance of regular physical activity and help clients find enjoyable forms of exercise that fit their lifestyle and fitness goals. This includes suggestions for incorporating movement into daily routines, as well as guidance on specific workouts or activities.
Stress Management Techniques: Stress can significantly impact overall health. Molly will teach relaxation techniques such as deep breathing exercises, meditation, or mindfulness practices. She also provides strategies for managing stress in daily life and fostering a greater sense of balance and resilience.
Lifestyle Changes: Molly will address lifestyle factors that contribute to overall well-being, such as sleep habits, relationships, career satisfaction, and environmental influences. She works with clients to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for creating positive change.
Accountability and Support: Throughout the coaching process, Molly provides ongoing support and accountability to help clients stay motivated and on track with their goals. This involves regular check-ins, progress tracking, and adjustments to the action plan as needed.
